PROMO MECHANICS

1. The 1.50% Low Foreign Currency (FX) service fee promo is valid from October 1 to December 31, 2026, for overseas in-store or online foreign-denominated transactions charged in local currency using an RCBC Visa Infinite and RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Credit Cards.
2. The Promo is open to all RCBC Visa Infinite and RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Principal and Supplementary Cardholders in good credit standing.
3. To compute the Peso equivalent of the foreign transactions, convert transactions in Foreign Currency to PHP using the prevailing conversion rate × 1.50%.

This applies to currencies including Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Korean Won, Singapore Dollar, Thailand Baht, UK Pound Sterling, and US Dollar. For currencies not included in the list, the conversion rate will be based on the currency conversion rate set by Visa at the time of posting.

1. Which card is eligible for the 1.50% low FX conversion fee promo?
   The offer is exclusive to RCBC Visa Infinite and RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders(“qualified cardholders”).
2. What transactions qualify for the 1.50% FX conversion fee?
   Eligible transactions include international purchases made in foreign currency, whether card-present (in-store) or card-not-present (online). To enjoy this offer, qualified cardholders must always choose the currency of the country where the transaction is made. For example, if the Cardholder is shopping in France, they should choose Euro (EUR) instead of Philippine Peso (PHP) upon payment.
3. Are Philippine peso-billed foreign transactions eligible?
   No. Transactions processed in PHP or through Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) are not eligible for the promo.
4. Which foreign exchange conversion rate will be applied to the transaction?
   Transactions using a currency other than the Philippine Peso will be converted to PHP. The conversion rate will be based on the foreign exchange selling rate of the Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation at the time of transaction posting. This applies to currencies including Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar, Japanese Yen, Korean Won, Singapore Dollar, Thailand Baht, UK Pound Sterling, and US Dollar. For currencies not included in the list, the conversion rate will be based on the currency conversion rate set by Visa at the time of posting. All transactions will be subject to a Service Fee of 1.50%, representing the Visa assessment fees and the Bank's service fee, which may be adjusted occasionally.
5. Is registration or minimum spend required to qualify?
   No registration or minimum spend is required. The reduced FX conversion fee will automatically apply to all eligible foreign currency transactions made using an RCBC Visa Infinite or RCBC Airmiles Visa Signature Credit Card during the promo period.
6. When is the promo period?
   The promo runs from October 1 to December 31, 2026.
7. How can the cardholder verify if the 1.50% FX conversion fee was applied?
   The reduced FX conversion fee is automatically applied to all eligible transactions during the promotional period and will be reflected in the transaction computation upon posting.
