2. Promo Period and Offer:
    
   1. Promo is valid from September 16, 2026 to October 16, 2026.

   2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to get up to 50% OFF on the total food bill at Osteria Antica every Monday to Friday, with a minimum spend of PHP 5,000 and a maximum discount of PHP 5,000 per transaction.

      
       

3. How to Avail Discount
    
    
   1. The cardholder must present a qualified PNB credit card before ordering in the restaurant.
   2. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total bill amount to his/her qualified PNB Credit Card in a single-receipt transaction.
   3. Osteria Antica is located at Level 6 of The Podium, 18 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City
      
       
4. Terms and Conditions
    
   1. Valid for dine-in only. Credit cardholders are allowed to takeout any leftover portions of orders while dining in the restaurants. Cardholders are not allowed full takeout orders wherein food are not consumed at all.
   2. Discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
   3. Splitting transactions to enjoy multiple discounts per visit and per transaction is not allowed. Promo offer can be availed of in a single-receipt transaction, per table, per visit.
   4. The promo is not applicable to purchases of pantry items or retail products sold in-store.
   5. The offer is NOT valid in conjunction with other discounts or other promos (no double discount).
   6. All other fees pertaining to the transaction (e.g. service charge, taxes) will be shouldered by the cardholder.
   7. Offers are not convertible to cash.
   8. Private functions, parties and banquet sales are excluded from this promo. Private dining room and consumable rate is not part of the promo.
   9. This promotional offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
   10. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the discount and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her PNB Card, PNB reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount to the Cardholder’s Credit account.
   11. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
   12. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
