   2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to a 20% discount on any regular‑priced monthly package (Yoga, Mat Pilates, Jiu Jitsu for Adults/Kids, and Sauna & Cold Plunge packages). Offer is valid for first‑time members only and may be used once per customer. 
      
       
3. How to Avail Discount
   
    
   1. To avail the promo, Cardholder must charge the total the bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

4. Terms and Conditions
    
   1. Valid for the first month of membership only.  
   2. Only one (1) qualified PNB Credit, Debit or Prepaid card will be accepted per cardholder, per day, even if he or she has multiple qualified PNB credit, debit or prepaid cards.
   3. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens, or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo of the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.
   4. Advanced booking is required.  
   5. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
   6. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
   7. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
   8. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
