2. Promo Period and Discount:
    
   1. Promo period is from September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. Stay period is from September 2, 2026 – December 31, 2027.  
   2. All transactions must be made within the promo period to avail of the promo.

3. How to Avail Discount
   
    
   1. To avail of the promo, prior reservation is required. Cardholder will be provided with a link upon reservation. To book, simply visit the link provided, select the dates, number of pax, and enter the code HII-PNB to display the discounted rate.  
   2. Card promotion discount is only via online booking and cannot be used to further discount at any other rates.  
   3. Payment will be done via a secure payment link of the property’s official website. Full immediate pre-payment is required to confirm the booking.  
   4. Cardholder must charge the total amount of booking to his/her qualified PNB Card.  
   5. For inquiries, cardholder may call or email the hotel directly via the provided email and contact details.  
   6. Cardholder must present his/her PNB Card used in booking upon arrival at the resort. In the absence of the PNB Card, regular rates will apply.
       
       
4. Terms and Conditions
    
   1. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, coupon, discounted items, and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
   2. Booking is not transferable. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests.  
   3. Only one (1) qualified card may be used per single-receipt transaction and only one (1) qualified card will be accepted per cardholder per transaction even if he/she has more than one qualified card. The promo is valid for single-receipt transactions only. Splitting of transaction is not allowed.  
   4. The General Terms and Conditions of HII-managed properties shall apply.  
   5. In the purchase of goods and services in connection with this promo, senior citizens or persons with disability (PWD) can either avail of the promo discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is applicable.
   6. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
   7. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
   8. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of PNB Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
