2. Promo Period and Discount:

   2. PNB Cardholders are entitled to get 30% OFF regular-priced items. 
      
       
3. How to Avail Discount
   
    
   1. To avail promo, Cardholders must charge the total bill to his/her PNB card in a single receipt of transaction.

4. Terms and Conditions
    
   1. The promotional offer cannot be converted to cash, additional discounts, or other items. It cannot be used in conjunction with other in-store promos, sales, discounts, privileges, or VIP cards. All transactions will be subject to Silver Finds standard terms and conditions.
   2. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for discount.
   3. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
   4. All matters and disputes that will be subject to the final decision of PNB and its partner merchant in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and irrevocable.
   5. Any amendment to the terms and conditions is subject to DTI approval.
   6. The Terms and Conditions governing issuance and use of PNB Credit/Debit Cards are incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof.
