HOW TO AVAIL
Visit Puerto De San Juan Beach Resort Hotel and book your room accommodation within the promo period (August 27 to October 15, 2026).
Inform the resort staff that you would like to avail of the LANDBANK Promo Offer.
LANDBANK VISA and Mastercard accountholders must present their physical or virtual* LANDBANK VISA Card and pay via LANDBANK Visa Debit or Mastercard Credit or the LANDBANK MBA through Puerto De San Juan’s POS terminal or QR Ph code to avail of the promo.
Settle your bill using your qualified LANDBANK account or card.
The applicable discount (20% OFF for Sunday–Thursday stays or 10% OFF for Friday–Saturday stays) will be automatically applied to the total room accommodation charge.
Qualified bookings will also receive a free complimentary serving of Champorado or Chicken Arroz Caldo, subject to the resort's availability and redemption guidelines.
Cardholder must confirm that the discount has been reflected before final payment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This offer is open to active LANDBANK account holders with a LANDBANK Visa Debit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, or LANDBANK Mobile Banking App (MBA).
To qualify, customers must use their LANDBANK Visa Debit Card, Mastercard Credit Card, or LANDBANK MBA to pay for eligible transactions via POS terminals or QR payments at Puerto De San Juan Beach Resort Hotel during the promo period.
The promo is valid only for transactions and bookings made directly with Puerto De San Juan Beach Resort Hotel through its website or walk-in reservations.
The booking period is from August 27 to October 15, 2026, while the stay period is from August 27 to October 31, 2026.
For Puerto De San Juan Beach Resort Hotel, this promo is valid on all room types.
For Puerto De San Juan Beach Residences, this promo is valid on deluxe king, deluxe queen, deluxe double, & premiere corner rooms only.
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon booking and must be paid through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App or using a LANDBANK debit or credit card for walk-in bookings. The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in using a LANDBANK debit or credit card.
Guests are entitled to one (1) complimentary serving of Chicken Arroz Caldo or Champorado per room, redeemable during their stay.
The complimentary meal is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other menu items.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or privileges, including Senior Citizen and PWD discounts.
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift certificates, or other products or services.
LANDBANK and Puerto De San Juan Beach Resort Hotel reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to deny the application of the promo when warranted.
MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Limited Liability
Both parties shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the implementation of this promo, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.Indemnity
Puerto De San Juan shall indemnify and hold LANDBANK, its officers, employees, and representatives free from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from merchant-related operations, service delivery, accommodation concerns, restaurant services, or fulfillment of the promo offer.
