Eligible customers shall receive ten percent (10%) off the Basic Premium of an FPG Mercantile MyTravel Mate International Insurance policy purchased through the official FPG Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. promotional microsite using any eligible Mastercard credit or debit card.

Eligibility

A. The promo is open to all individuals who purchase an FPG Mercantile MyTravel Mate International Insurance policy through the official FPG Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. promotional microsite during the promo period.

B. To qualify for the discount:

  • The policy must be purchased within the promo period.

  • Payment must be made in full using a valid Mastercard credit or debit card.

  • The discount applies only to the Basic Premium of eligible policies.


How to Avail

To avail of the promo, customers must:

A. Visit the official FPG Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. promotional microsite.

B. Enter the required travel and personal information.

C. Review the quotation generated by the system.

D. Complete payment using an eligible Mastercard credit or debit card.

E. Upon successful payment, receive the Policy Document and Official Receipt through the registered email address.


Discount Conditions

A. The 10% discount applies only to the Basic Premium of eligible FPG Mercantile MyTravel Mate International Insurance policies.

B. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or promotion.

C. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, voucher, or special offer unless otherwise approved by FPG Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc.


Cancellation and Refund

A. Requests for cancellation and refund shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the FPG Mercantile MyTravel Mate International Insurance Policy.

B. Refunds may be allowed only under applicable policy provisions, including but not limited to visa denial, provided the insured submits the documentary requirements prescribed by FPG Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc.

C. Documentary Stamp Tax (DST) and other government-imposed taxes and charges, where applicable, shall not be refundable.


Disqualification

FPG Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, invalid, cancelled, reversed, incomplete, or in violation of these promo mechanics.


Data Privacy

By participating in the promotion, customers agree that the personal information provided may be collected, used, processed, and stored by FPG Mercantile Insurance Co., Inc. and its authorized representatives solely for the administration of the promotion, policy issuance, customer servicing, and compliance with applicable laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
