Eligibility: The privilege shall be available exclusively to LANDBANK Visa Debit Cardholders and MBA Users

Promo Offer: Ten percent (10%) discount for a minimum single receipt purchase of PHP1,000.00.


HOW TO AVAIL

  1. Visit COFFEE BUILDERS Silang Branch within the promo period.

  2. Purchase any COFFEE BUILDERS’ meals with minimum single receipt purchase of PHP1,000.00.

  3. Pay using the LANDBANK Visa Debit Card or Mobile Banking Application (MBA) via COFFEE BUILDERS’ Point-of-Sale terminals and QRPh code within the promo period.

  4. The applicable discount will be deducted/applied to the bill.

  5. Cardholder must confirm that the discount has been reflected before final payment.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. This offer is available to all LANDBANK Visa Debit Card holders and MBA Users whose accounts are active.

  2. To be eligible, cardholders must use their LANDBANK Visa Debit Card and MBA to pay for applicable services via POS terminals and QR code at COFFEE BUILDERS Silang Branch within the official promo period.

  3. Only transactions made directly with the COFFEE BUILDERS Silang Branch will qualify for the promotion.

  4. The offer is strictly non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift certificates.

  5. For items already subject to promotional pricing, senior citizens and persons with disability (PWDs) may choose between the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 (Republic Act No. 9994) for senior citizens and Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (Republic Act No. 10754 for PWDs), whichever offers the greater benefit.

  6. Non-compliance with any of the stated terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion. LANDBANK and the partner merchant reserve the right to deny participation at their discretion.


MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

  1. Limited Liability. The Parties shall hold each other free from any damage or liability that may arise from or occasioned by the exercise of their rights and obligations under this Agreement, except when such damage or liability is attributable to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Party or any of its officers, representatives or employees.

  2. Indemnity. Coffee Builders shall defend, indemnify, and hold LANDBANK, its officers, representatives and employees, free and harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities and costs of every kind and character resulting from or relating to the inaccuracy, nonfulfillment or breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or obligation of Coffee Builders.
