- The promo is open to all active Principal and Supplementary BDO JCB Credit Cardholders (BDO JCB Lucky Cat, JCB Gold and JCB Platinum Credit Card).
- Promo runs from October 1 to November 30, 2026.
- To qualify for the 5% rebate, cardholder must:
- Enroll to the promo until November 30, 2026 using the Promo ID sent by BDO through Viber/SMS or email1. Principal and Supplementary Cards must be enrolled separately using their individual Promo ID.
- Use qualified BDO JCB Credit Card on local drugstore, hospital/medical services, optical shop, fitness center/gym*, salon and spa for a minimum single-receipt or cumulative spend of P50,000 within the promo period. For cumulative purchases, the minimum amount required per transaction is P2,000.
1Cardholders must ensure that their registered mobile number and email address with BDO is updated and accurate. Cardholder may call the BDO Customer Contact Center at (02) 8888-0000 to get his/her assigned Promo ID. BDO will not be responsible for non-receipt of Viber/SMS notification due to incorrect or outdated contact details.
*Transactions such as but not limited to resort or residential club membership are excluded from the promo.
- Principal Cardholder cannot combine his/her purchases with the Supplementary Cardholder, and vice-versa. It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to monitor his/her qualified spend.
- For Buy Now, Pay Later purchases, the Principal/base Amount will be included in the computation of the total spend requirement. Interests or fees in addition thereto, if any, are excluded from the computation of the spend requirement.
- BDO has the sole discretion to determine whether a transaction is classified under local drugstore, hospital/medical services, optical shop, fitness center/gym, salon and spa categories. BDO is dependent on the Merchant Category Classifications (MCCs) assigned by its acquiring bank on each merchant establishment to be able to identify qualified transactions.
- The maximum rebate that can be earned per qualified BDO JCB Credit Card is P5,000.
- Transactions of Principal and Supplementary cardholder are computed separately for earning of rebates which will be credited to Principal Cardholder’s account on or before January 12, 2027 with transaction description “2026 JCB HEALTH AND WELLNESS REBATE”.
- Qualified cardholders who earned the rebates will be notified by BDO via Viber/SMS on or before January 14, 2027.
- BDO JCB Credit Card must be active and updated (without incurring past due/delinquency) within the promo period and at the time of crediting of the rebate, otherwise, the rebate earned shall be forfeited. BDO shall solely determine if a Cardholder is in good credit standing.
- Cardholders must examine their Statement of Account for any errors related to the Promo (e.g. cashback computation, non-awarding of cashback). For promo-related complaints, BDO will handle complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents.
- For disputes/concerns regarding the transactions, the Cardholder may be asked to provide a proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt) as a supporting document and send it to callcenter@bdo.com.ph.
- Rebates awarded are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. However, it is treated as a credit or payment for purchases of any outstanding balance on the Card.
- BDO has sole discretion in qualifying the transactions of a Cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once a transaction has been qualified by BDO under a promotional offer and/or the corresponding rebate has been credited, such transaction shall no longer be eligible for any other BDO promotional offer and may not be transferred, reallocated, or reconsidered for qualification under another promotion, notwithstanding that the transaction may otherwise satisfy the qualifying criteria of such other promotion.
- Double Redemption, Cancellation of qualified purchase and Fraudulent transaction/s
- The Promo cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers of BDO. A Cardholder’s purchase made within the promo period of another BDO Credit Card Promo such as but not limited to BDO Online Deals, Credit Card Activation Programs, redemption spend anywhere promo, any cashback promos, rebates, miles/point multiplier, and other discount promos will be excluded in the computation of total qualified spend required to avail of this Promo or vice versa. If found to have double/multiple redemptions, BDO reserves the right to reverse or adjust the rebate awarded to the Principal or Supplementary Cardholder.
- Similarly, if qualifying transaction/s were disputed or cancelled at a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid/fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transactions, BDO will reverse the rebate awarded. BDO has the sole discretion in qualifying the transactions of a Cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once qualified by BDO, the transaction can no longer be used for another BDO Promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of the other promo.
- The use of BDO Credit Cards overseas and/or in foreign currencies may result to imposition of Cross Border Fees and/or Foreign Exchange Conversion Fees in the credit card transaction. For more details, Cardholders may refer to Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Card found in BDO’s website.
- BDO reserves the right to reverse or adjust the rebate posted if there is erroneous posting of the rebate.
- All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by BDO with concurrence of DTI.
- The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit Cards.
