1. Discounts (collectible vouchers and instant discount) may only be redeemed once per user and are available on a limited redemption basis.
2. Cardholder must check if the discounts were applied to the total billing before proceeding to place the order. The applicable discounts auto-applies on checkout when all promo requirements are met, subject to limited voucher allocations/redemptions. Satisfaction of the Promo requirements alone does not guarantee the availability or application of the discount(s).  
3. Discount cannot be applied retroactively. 
4. Discounts not applicable to Digital Goods, Blacklisted sellers, milk products for children under 3 years (Milk Code Policy) and items marked "Discount not applicable on this item". 
5. Use of the discounts are subject to the Lazada Discount Reward Terms and Conditions. 
6. The prescribed minimum spend requirement shall refer to the total price of the selected items prior to the application of all types of discounts, including but not limited to Seller/Platform vouchers, Lazada Cashback or LazRewards, and net of shipping fee.  
7. All cancelled orders will not be valid for re-instatement of collectible voucher and instant discount. 
8. BDO has the sole discretion in qualifying the transaction of a Cardholder based on mechanics of the Promo. Once qualified by BDO, the transaction can no longer be used for another BDO promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of the other promo. 
9. For promo-related complaints, BDO will handle complaints within seven (7) to ten (10) banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted not later than November 10, 2026 after which all matters relating to the Promo are considered conclusive. 
10. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified). 
11. Double Redemption, Cancellation of qualified purchase and Fraudulent transaction/s. 
    The Discount cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers of BDO. A Cardholder’s purchase that has been used to avail of the Promo may no longer be used to avail of another BDO Promo such as but not limited to BDO Rebate/Cashback promos and Credit Card Activation promos and the like or vice versa. If found to have double/multiple redemptions, BDO reserves the right to chargeback the full cost of the discount to the corresponding amount at BDO’s discretion
    Similarly, if the transaction is canceled/reversed or found to be invalid or fraudulent at a later date, BDO will chargeback the discount or directly collect cost from the Cardholder.
12. The Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Lazada and BDO. In case of dispute but not limited to the Cardholder's eligibility, coverage of dates and fulfillment, and redemption, BDO and Lazada decision shall resolve the dispute with concurrence of DTI. 
13. Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of BDO Credit and Debit Cards, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to the Promo
14. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the BDOs policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws. 
15. For the BDO Credit and Debit Cardholder’s protection, card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. Card number, PIN, OTP or any card information shall not be sent through an email or text or call in response to an unsolicited email, text or call. Acknowledgment of payment display by the merchant shall be saved.
